Dymension Season 2 has ended. The Season 2 portal now reads “Dymension Season 2 Ended” and says DYMOND points are redeemable for DYM tokens. On September 9, 2026 Dymension posted on X that tokens had been sent to 1,703 eligible claiming addresses, on top of the standard Season 2 reward distribution. The portal showed no end date for redemption when we checked it on September 26, 2026.

Season 1, the Genesis Rolldrop, distributed 70,000,000 DYM (7% of the total supply) to Celestia stakers, Ethereum L2 users, Cosmos stakers, Solana users and NFT holders. Its claim closed on January 21, 2024 at 12:00 UTC and unclaimed tokens were reallocated.

No Season 3 had been announced when we checked on September 26, 2026.

Latest Update: Dymension Season 2 Rewards

Season 2 participants can check what they earned on the Season 2 portal. Dymension says DYMOND points are now redeemable for DYM, and on September 9, 2026 it sent tokens to 1,703 eligible claiming addresses.

Check Your Season 2 Rewards

Open the Dymension Season 2 portal.
Connect the wallet you registered for Season 2.
If the portal shows DYMONDs to redeem, exchange them for DYM there.

Dymension says the portal is the only official entry point. No one from Dymension will ever ask for your private key or ask you to send tokens from your wallet.

Dymension Season 2 (Ended)

Dymension announced Season 2 on July 2, 2025. Wallets registered on the portal in waves, and registration needed no signature. Participants earned DYMONDs for onchain activity:

IRO trading
USDC deposited to Dymension from Solana, Arbitrum or Base
Bridge LP
LP positions on Dymension’s DEX
TVL deposited to their own RollApp

A staker boost of up to 5x multiplied every DYMOND earned. It was based on how long a wallet had staked without unstaking and how much it staked, capped at 25,000 DYM. Referrers earned a bonus of 10% of the DYMONDs their invites earned. DYMONDs could be exchanged for DYM in claim windows spread through the season, and Dymension said the biggest rewards went to those who stayed to the end.

Season 1: Genesis Rolldrop (Ended)

The Genesis Rolldrop gave 70,000,000 DYM to these groups:

Users who staked at least 1 TIA on Celestia as of December 19, 2023
Users of Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Blast, based on rollup activity, funds in bridge contracts and earlier airdrop lists
ATOM, stATOM and OSMO stakers in the Cosmos ecosystem
Solana users who held at least 1 SOL on December 19, 2023
Holders of Pudgy Penguins, Mad Lads, Tensorians and Bad Kids NFTs

Eligible users had until January 21, 2024 at 12:00 UTC to claim, and unclaimed balances were reallocated. The details are in Dymension’s Genesis Rolldrop announcement.

How to Prepare for a Possible Future Dymension Airdrop

Season 2 rewarded DYM stakers with a boost of up to 5x, so staking DYM is the most direct way to be ready if Dymension runs another season. This is our reading of past seasons, not an announced airdrop.

Buy DYM on Bybit.
Add the Dymension network to your wallet from Chainlist, then withdraw your DYM to it.
Go to the Dymension staking page, pick a validator and stake your DYM.
Unstaking takes 21 days, so stake only DYM you can leave locked.
