3. Flash Loans (Algorand) – Every $1 used in a flash loan earns 100 points

Referral System

The referral program offers significant earning potential for active community members:

• Referrers earn 3% of every point their referrals generate over time

Points Multipliers

Activity across every supported asset and operation generates points, with each action having its own multiplier. Your dashboard tracks your full score across all markets—the more you use the protocol, the faster your score grows.

Expansion Plans

Season 2 is part of a broader roadmap with fresh multipliers rolling out for new integrations and markets including Monad. The xChain V2 update will expand Folks Finance to non-EVM ecosystems, with more features launching as the protocol continues to grow.

Folks Finance Eligibility Checker and Season 1 Details

Folks Finance has launched their eligibility checker for Season 1. Users can now verify their qualification status and prepare for the upcoming token launch.

Season 1 Eligibility

The following users qualify for Season 1 allocations:

• Users with 1,000,000+ Folks Points
• Founders Pass NFT holders
• Partner campaign winners from Wallet, Haha App, Gate Wallet, Zerion, Airaa Agent, Orbiter Finance, and Galxe

Points below 1 million remain valid and will carry forward to future seasons, maintaining their value for upcoming distributions.

Claim Options

When claiming opens, eligible users can choose between two methods:

1. Instant Claim: Receive a portion of your allocation immediately
2. Linear Unlock Claim: Receive your full allocation unlocking linearly over time

Points-Based Allocation

• Allocations determined by Leaderboard performance using natural logarithm calculations
• Balances rewards between top-tier and mid-tier participants
• Minimum eligibility requirement: 1,000,000 points

NFT-Based Allocation

• Base allocation: 30 $FOLKS per NFT (cumulative)
• Additional bonuses for addresses with 1M+ points:
  • 1+ Silver NFT: +10 $FOLKS
  • 1+ Gold NFT: +20 $FOLKS
  • 1+ Black NFT: +30 $FOLKS

Special Conditions

• NFT holders without an xChain account or Algorand address will receive their allocation via direct airdrop within hours after claim launch
• Partner campaign and NFT allocations are fully claimable immediately in both claim options
