    Theo Network

    What is Theo Network?

Theo Network is a cross-chain DeFi protocol that has raised $20M in funding to democratize access to institutional-grade trading infrastructure. The platform aims to unify assets from various protocols and chains, creating a more seamless and efficient liquidity ecosystem. At the core of Theo’s offerings is “Theo Earn,” which features delta-neutral vaults that leverage lending platforms and perpetual futures markets to capture funding rates while minimizing market exposure risks.

Theo Network’s approach to DeFi focuses on capital efficiency through stablecoin-based infrastructure. By enabling users to manage assets across different blockchains without the typical complexity, Theo addresses a significant pain point in the current DeFi landscape. The platform’s delta-neutral strategies provide an alternative to traditional high-risk yield farming methods, potentially appealing to users seeking more stable returns in volatile markets.

    Theo Network Airdrop Details

Theo has not confirmed a token or an airdrop. What it does run is a live points program, and points like these have historically preceded a token generation event. Points accrue based on how much capital you deploy into Theo’s ecosystem and how long it stays active, so size and duration both matter. Your balance updates in real time on the dashboard, and your deposited capital keeps earning real yield while it sits there.

How to Participate in the Theo Network Airdrop

Step 1: Acquire USDC or ETH

You’ll need stablecoins or ETH on a supported network to buy into Theo’s products. Buy USDC or ETH on Binance and withdraw to a self-custody wallet such as MetaMask.

Step 2: Bridge to a Supported Network

Move your assets to Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Linea, or Hyperliquid, depending on where you want to participate. If your funds are on the wrong chain, bridge them using the bridge widget below. Keep some native gas on each chain you use.

    Fast routes, low fees.

Step 3: Connect Your Wallet to Theo

Visit the Theo app, connect an EVM-compatible wallet, and accept the terms of use to open the dashboard.

    Step 4: Acquire thBILL

Buy thBILL through the venues listed in the app on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Linea, or Hyperliquid. Holding thBILL is the base layer of point accrual, and the position earns Treasury-bill yield while you hold it.

    Step 5: Deploy Your Capital

Put your assets to work across Theo’s supported markets to earn points faster. Options include:

    • Providing liquidity to thBILL pools on supported DEXs
    • Lending or borrowing against thBILL in integrated money markets
    • Holding thGOLD for gold-lending yield alongside points

Step 6: Join the thGOLD Waitlist

Sign up for early access to thGOLD through the app to add gold-backed exposure to your position and broaden the range of products you’re active in.

    Step 7: Track Your Points

Check the dashboard regularly to confirm your activity is registering. Points update continuously based on your deployed capital.

I’ll check the humanizer skill before drafting this. This is a points program (not a mainnet asset acquisition task tied to a specific token purchase), there are three vault tasks that are standalone/parallel options (not sequential), and thUSD/USDC/USDT are mainnet assets being deposited — so Binance/Rhino references apply.

Latest Update: Theo thUSD Points Program Live

Theo’s thUSD Points Program is live, rewarding holders across three categories: Liquid, Core/Core+, and Boost. Three vaults are open now, each accepting thUSD, USDC, or USDT and returning yield-bearing thUSD, with vault deposits earning the highest native point multiplier.

    Live vaults:

    • 3-month Core vault — 6.5% APY
    • 6-month Core+ vault — 7.2% APY
    • 6-month Boost vault — 11% APY, capped at $5M

    Choose Your Points Path

Pick one or more of the following:

    • Liquid — hold thUSD, or stake it for sthUSD
    • Core / Core+ — lock sthUSD with no DeFi exposure
    • Boost — deposit into the Boost vault for boosted sthUSD yield through Morpho

Staked sthUSD sits in a redemption queue, averaging roughly two weeks to unstake. Full program details are in the Theo documentation.

    Conclusion

Theo Network gives early users two reasons to show up: real yield from tokenized Treasuries and gold, and points that may convert into a token allocation if Theo holds a TGE. With no snapshot dates published, the workable approach is to deploy capital you’re comfortable holding, spread it across thBILL, thGOLD, and lending markets, and keep it active across the supported chains.
