Curvance

Curvance is a chain-agnostic reward and utility layer for yield-bearing assets and other ERC-20 tokens. Initially to be launched on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Blast, Base, Optimism, and Polygon zkEVM, it aspires to establish itself as the de-facto reward and utility layer for any ERC-20 token.

Curvance has opened up its public testnet for its users. Testnet actions are now open on Berachain, Arbitrum, and Ethereum Sepolia.

The team has announced that 4% of the CVE token is set aside for community incentives. Users who interact with the testnet could potentially become eligible for an airdrop once the testnet wraps up.

Step-by-Step Guide:
  1. Visit the Curvance testnet page.
  2. Connect your wallet and switch to Sepolia testnet network.
  3. Now you will find multiple testnet tasks on Berachain, Arbitrum, and Ethereum Sepolia.
  4. You can get the gas tokens from the respetive faucets: Sepolia, Arbitrum Sepolia, Berachain.
  5. Click on the “Faucet” button and select “Claim all” tokens.
  6. Now deposit any tokens and withdraw some of them after the cooldown time.
  7. You can also Lend or Borrow some tokens.
  8. Now head to “Manage Locks” tab to lock some CVE tokens. Click on Manage button and then the unlock button.
  9. Similarly, complete other tasks mentioned in the testnet page.
  10. You will also see a pop up window after the end of a poll following which you will receive 100 BYTES.

  12. Users who interact with the testnet could potentially become eligible for an airdrop once the testnet wraps up.
