Cog Finance is an isolated lending protocol that is native to Scroll that aims to maximise both dencentralisation and capital efficiency. Users can supply their collateral to their vault based system, which prevents liquidity fragmentation, select their own risk profile to borrow assets like stETH, rETH and many more. Cog Finance also provides the ability for all users to deploy permissionless lending pools.
Cog Finance is a Scroll native lending protocol where users can earn Scroll Marks by supplying liquidity to, and borrowing from, Cog’s liquidity pools. Also, Cog Finance does not currently have a token, but they may potentially airdrop one to their early users.
- Head to Cog Finance, connect your wallet and switch to Scroll.
- You will need some ETH first. You can get it from Binance.
- If you don’t have funds on Scroll, use the bridge widget below to bridge some ETH over. Connect your ETH wallet and sign two messages (no gas fees). Scroll recommends the bridge below on their website’s bridge list.
- Bridge your ETH, USDT, or USDC from the Ethereum mainnet to the Scroll mainnet.
- Go to the Earn page on Cog Finance and deposit some assets to start earning yield, qualify for Scroll Marks and a potential COG airdrop.
- Also, borrow against the collateral supplied to earn more Scroll Marks.
- The amount of Scroll Marks earned depend on two factors: i) the amount of liquidity provided, and ii) the duration of your liquidity position.
- Follow Cog Finance on X and turn on notifications for further updates.
- Early users who’ve interacted with the platform may get an airdrop if they launch their own token.
