    Arc

    What is Arc Network?

Arc is an EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain developed by Circle (the company behind USDC). It’s designed as an “Economic OS for the internet” to connect programmable money with real-world economic activity, focusing on on-chain lending, capital markets, FX, payments, and tokenized real-world assets.

Key features include deterministic sub-second finality, stablecoins (USDC) as native gas for predictable transaction costs, and opt-in privacy. The public testnet launched October 28, 2025, with 100+ institutional participants, including BlackRock, Visa, HSBC, Anthropic, and AWS.

    Arc Network Airdrop Details

While Arc Network has not officially announced a token or airdrop program, Circle has now confirmed the broad tokenomics for ARC in its whitepaper with 60% for the  ecosystem, which covers token sales, developer grants, network growth programs, and other participation mechanisms. Most of the supply is going to the people building on, using, and contributing to Arc. The official launch date and unlock schedules haven’t been published yet.

Given Circle’s position as a publicly traded company with substantial resources and Arc’s early testnet stage, testnet participation represents a speculative opportunity. Even though there is no confirmation of a timeline for any potential airdrop at this time, users can participate in their testnet at the moment.

Onchain testnet usage is visible on the explorer, and the Arc House hub runs a points-and-badges program with roles and events. If Circle ever rewards early users, these two records are the obvious inputs.

    Arc House Community Program

Arc Network has opened its Community Program, allowing participants to earn badges and points that can be exchanged for rewards. Follow these steps to join:

    1. Visit the Arc House community portal and click “Join Community”
    2. Register using your email or LinkedIn account
    3. Create your profile and submit your application for approval
    4. Once approved, start completing tasks to collect points and unlock badges

Review the full contribution rules to understand how badges and points are earned across different activities.

How to Participate in Arc Network Testnet

Step 1: Add Arc Testnet to Your Wallet

Use MetaMask, Rabby, or any EVM wallet. Add the network via Chainlist or manually from docs.arc.network. Alternative RPC endpoints if needed.

    • Network name: Arc Testnet
    • RPC URL: https://rpc.testnet.arc.network
    • Chain ID: 5042002
    • Currency symbol: USDC
    • Block Explorer: https://testnet.arcscan.app

Step 2: Claim Testnet USDC from the Circle Faucet

Go to faucet.circle.com, select Arc Testnet, and request tokens. The faucet dispenses 1 USDC per day and also offers EURC and cirBTC, which you will want for swaps later. Claim daily to build a longer activity history.

Step 3: Make Regular Onchain Transactions

Send USDC between your own wallets, attach memos, and test transfers, then verify everything on testnet.arcscan.app. Active days and unique contract interactions are the metrics retroactive airdrops have historically weighed, so a few transactions a week beats one large burst.

Step 4: Pursue the Creator Role on Discord

Arc grants a Creator role to members who build testnet projects or publish quality educational content. Roles like this often map to allocation tiers when programs convert to token rewards.

Step 5: Swap Stablecoins on Tower Exchange

Tower Exchange is the native stablecoin DEX aggregator on Arc, routing swaps across the chain’s liquidity sources. Connect your wallet and swap between USDC, EURC, and cirBTC; its faucet page links every token source you need. As one of the earliest Arc-native DApps, Tower adds unique contract interactions to your wallet. Consistent volume here covers two speculative bets at once.

    Step 6: Deploy Contracts

Use platforms like Zkcodex to deploy contracts to Arc testnet. Developers can deploy a contract through the thirdweb Arc hub; deployments are a strong eligibility signal on most chains.

Step 7: Create and Mint NFTs on Genesis Pad

Ordinal Genesis launched its NFT platform on Arc testnet. On create.genesispad.xyz, connect your wallet, click Create, enable “Show Testnets,” select Arc Testnet, and launch a collection from an image folder. Then mint from other users’ collections at genesispad.xyz. Both actions grow your active days and contract count.

Step 8: Register a Domain Name

Register a domain name on Arc testnet via InfinityName.

    Conclusion

Arc Network is Circle’s Layer-1 blockchain with strong institutional backing and a potential native token under exploration. Testnet participation is speculative but offers low-risk positioning given it only uses test tokens. Focus on meaningful contributions (building, creating content, or participating in hackathons) rather than simple faucet farming.
