What is KOR Protocol?

KOR Protocol is an onchain clearinghouse for creative assets such as music and film, built on Base, Coinbase’s Layer 2. Creators register their works, and KOR verifies them, routes them to labels, agencies, brands and platforms, and settles payments in stablecoins like USDC, with splits paid out to everyone involved.

KOR says it works with more than 1,000 partners, including Black Mirror, Beatport, Imogen Heap, Banijay Group and KDDI, and reports over 1 million lifetime sign-ups and 400,000 connected wallets.

In July 2026 the London-based team raised a $7.5 million Series A at a $100 million valuation, co-led by 1kx and Blockchain Capital.
