Update (October 2026): Atlantic MANTA holders need to migrate to Manta Pacific by November 16, 2026, 08:00 UTC. The migration steps are at the top of the guide below.

As predicted in our speculative airdrop section, Manta Network airdropped a total of 50,000,000 MANTA to early users in January 2024. Manta active users, early supporters, zkApp users and various other users of Manta Pacific and Manta Atlantic were eligible. That claim has expired.

⚠️ Important: Manta Atlantic has stopped producing blocks. If you still hold MANTA on Atlantic, migrate it to Manta Pacific before November 16, 2026, at 08:00 UTC.

This applies only to MANTA held on Manta Atlantic. Manta Network is not shutting down, and the migrated tokens land on Manta Pacific.

Since Atlantic can no longer process on-chain transactions, many users were left holding unmigrated MANTA. To limit community losses, Manta reopened the migration window on September 17, 2026, at 08:00 UTC. It closes on November 16, 2026, at 08:00 UTC. No claims will be accepted after that, and any Atlantic MANTA left unmigrated cannot be recovered.

How to migrate your Atlantic MANTA:

  1. Go to the official migration page: atlantic-migrate.manta.network. Manta says this is the only official migration page, so do not use any other link.
  2. Connect your Atlantic (Substrate) wallet and select the account you want to migrate.
  3. Connect the Manta Pacific (EVM) wallet that will receive your tokens.
  4. Sign a message to prove you own the Atlantic account.
  5. Claim your MANTA on Manta Pacific.

Because Atlantic has halted, the whole process runs on an off-chain signature. There is no bridge transfer and no gas fee. According to Manta, signing cannot move your funds or approve spending of them, and your private key never leaves your wallet.

Original MANTA airdrop (Expired)

The steps below describe the original airdrop claim, which closed in 2024. They are kept for reference only. To move Atlantic MANTA now, follow the migration steps above.

  1. Eligible users claimed on the Manta Network airdrop page.
  2. The claim required connecting a Manta Pacific wallet and/or a Polkadot wallet.
  3. After clicking “Continue”, eligible users could claim their MANTA tokens.
  4. Eligible users included:
    • Manta Atlantic early supporters
    • Active zkApp users
    • MantaFest participants
    • MantaFest Takeover OAT holders
    • Giant Squid NFT holders
    • Various zkSBT holders
  5. Eligible users could also join “The Great Treasure Hunt” from the airdrop page, claim treasure boxes and unlock NFTs to share another pool of 20M MANTA tokens.
  6. The claim deadline was 180 days from January 18, 2024.
  7. The team had also hinted at an airdrop to TIA stakers.
