What is Fuel?

Fuel is an operating system purpose built for Ethereum Rollups. Fuel allows rollups to solve for PSI (parallelization, state minimized execution, and interoperability) without making any sacrifices.

Fuel Airdrop Details

Fuel Labs recently raised $80 million from backers including CoinFund, Maven 11 Capital, Blockwall and others.

Fuel has announced the launch of their mainnet, dubbed “Fuel Ignition.” Users who interact with the mainnet by using dApps and holding assets might receive an airdrop if they plan to launch their token.

Fuel Genesis drop claim is live now. Fuel Labs has announced the “Fuel Genesis Drop,” distributing 1 billion FUEL tokens (10% of the total supply) to over 200,000 unique addresses starting December 19, 2024. The tokens are allocated across seven categories, including Phase 1 Pre-Depositors, Testnet Users, NFT Connoisseurs, Fuel Bridgoors, Ecosystem Glass Eaters, Open Source Community, and Fuelet Magisters, each with specific eligibility criteria.

Part of a broader initiative to allocate 20% of the total supply to the community, the program also sets aside 5% for expansion and 5% for future incentives. Eligible participants can claim their tokens from December 19, 2024, to January 19, 2025.

Fuel Labs has now started the Phase 2 of the Genesis Drop. The Genesis drop will continue till March 2, 2025. The second Fuel Genesis Drop gives 150,000,000 FUEL (1.5% of the total supply) to more than 250,000 unique addresses. You can check the eligibility by visiting the page here.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Phase 2 Genesis drop

The Phase 2 Genesis Drop distributes 150,000,000 FUEL tokens, equivalent to 1.5% of the total supply, to participants in the Fuel Points Program and Testnet contributors. This initiative builds on the contributions of users who helped scale the Ignition ecosystem and actively supported Fuel’s liquidity during the program.

Key Details:

  • Total Allocation: 150,000,000 FUEL (1.5% of total supply).
  • Claim Period: January 30 – March 2, 2025.
  • Eligibility: Participants in the Phase 2 Points Program and Testnet users meeting the criteria outlined below.

Testnet Reward Criteria:

To qualify for additional Testnet rewards, participants must have:

  1. Submitted the official form correctly (excluding duplicates).
  2. Used a valid Fuel Sepolia Testnet hex address with more than 10 transactions.
  3. Avoided prior Testnet rewards or exclusion due to geography.

Eligible users can check and claim their rewards starting January 30, 2025. The claim process will remain open until March 2, 2025.

Fuel Season 1 now live

Fuel Season 1 introduces an incentive program for liquidity providers across the ecosystem. This 45-day program allocates up to 1.5% of the FUEL total supply over multiple seasons, starting with Season 1.

  • Duration: January 15 – March 1, 2025.
  • Total Allocation for Season 1: 29 million FUEL tokens.
  • Participating Applications: MIRA, Swaylend, Fluid, Ruscet, Spark, and Griffy.

Participants can earn FUEL by supplying assets such as FUEL, USDC, USDT, and ETH to the supported applications.

  • Rewards will be distributed in two stages:
    • After 30 Days: February 14, 2025.
    • End of Season 1: March 1, 2025.
  • Rewards can be claimed directly through participating applications.
