    What is Stable?

Stable is a Layer 1 blockchain that was made primarily for stablecoin payments and settlements. USDT is the main settlement asset and the native gas token. It went live on the mainnet on December 8, 2025, and it gives USD₮ transfers finality in less than a second and predictable fees—no wrapping or token swaps are needed.

The design is meant for everyday payments and agentic financial flows, where the main goal is to keep stablecoins moving at a low cost. In July 2025, the project got $28 million in seed money from Bitfinex and Hack VC, who were the project’s co-leads. PayPal Ventures, Franklin Templeton, and Castle Island Ventures also contributed.

    Stable Airdrop Details

The Merkl distribution portal has confirmed the Stable Genesis airdrop, which is presently in the active claim phase. Users who took part in pre-mainnet deposit campaigns and held vault receipts from eligible USDT/USDC deposits and deployed those receipts into integrated DeFi protocols like Morpho, Pendle, and Uniswap are rewarded by the distribution.

    Key Parameters:

    • Airdrop Allocation: 10 billion STABLE (10% of total supply)
    • TGE Date: December 2025

Depending on the size of the deposit and the activity of the ecosystem during the pre-deposit stages, allocations differ by wallet. You can now claim your allocation if you were one of them.

How to Claim the Stable Airdrop

Step 1: Visit the Stable Hub

Go to the Merkl claim portal to start the claim process

    Step 2: Connect Your Wallet

Connect the wallet you used during the pre-deposit campaigns. Eligibility is checked against your wallet address from the snapshot.

    Step 3: Check Your Eligibility

Once connected, the Merkl portal will display your STABLE allocation if you qualify. Eligibility covers:

    • Vault receipt holdings from Phase 1 or Phase 2 pre-deposit campaigns
    • Receipts deployed into Morpho, Pendle, or Uniswap vaults prior to mainnet

If there is no allocation, it means that your wallet was not included in the pre-deposit snapshot.

Step 4: Claim Your STABLE Tokens

To confirm the transaction in your wallet, click “Claim.” To finish the claim, you’ll need a little bit of native gas. After you confirm, your STABLE tokens will show up in your wallet.

Step 5: Add the Stable Network and Interact On-Chain

To hold STABLE and transact on StableChain, add the Stable mainnet to your wallet.

    • Add the Stable network to your wallet using the official parameters (RPC endpoint, Chain ID, block explorer, and token metadata) available on the Stable Network Reference page
    • Bridge USDT to Stable via Stargate to obtain the required gas token
    • If you don’t have USDT, you can purchase them on Binance
    • Once the bridge completes, you’ll receive USDT0 in your wallet (the canonical bridged USDT representation used for settlement)
