What to do if you connected your wallet to a scam site

    1 min read

Connecting your wallet alone doesn’t always lose your funds — the damage usually happens when you sign a transaction or approval. But some sites execute transactions the moment you connect, so caution is warranted regardless.

If you’ve connected to something suspicious:

    1. Immediately go to revoke.cash or a similar tool and revoke all token approvals associated with that wallet
    2. Check your transaction history on Etherscan or whatever block explorer matches your chain
    3. If funds have already moved, they’re likely gone — on-chain theft is almost always irreversible
    4. Move any remaining assets to a fresh wallet

The best defense is a dedicated farming wallet with only the funds you need for that session — not your main holdings.
